SANAME Coconut Collagen Icecream


  • 2 scoops of Flavoured SANAME Collagen
  • 400ml coconut cream (chilled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt  or just a pinch

  1. Make sure Icecream Maker bowl has been frozen for at least 24hrs & coconut cream has been in the freezer for 15mins or in the fridge for at least 1hr
  2. Remove bowl from Freezer & Turn on Icecream maker when you have all ingredients ready to blend
  3. Buzz all ingredients together really briefly in nutri-bullet blender (for 5 secs) then pour straight into icrecream maker & let it do it’s magic for around 25-30mins (until it gets a smooth just harder than soft serve consistency)
  4. Remove from icecream maker bowl and store in airtight container


We have found that if you want to do a second batch using the same bowl make sure the 2nd batch is mixed up and in the fridge whilst first batch is going then for the last 10mins of the first batch put the 2nd batch mixture in the freezer, don’t rinse out the first batch mixture bowl with water otherwise it will heat it up too much and 2nd batch won’t set.
